Hair & Skin

I use this for my hair and skin. I mix it with some of my lotion and it makes my skin gorgeous! And for my hair, I literally use this as a conditioning treatment once a month, I take 1/2 cup and put it in my hair for like 3hours and saran wrap my head so the oil doesnt get everywhere. Then wash it out with shampoo and conditioner... and omg my hair is GORGEOUS!!!

Great for hair and skin! I use this stuff all over, but it's now my official hair conditioner. I slather my hair with it each night and wash it out (very well) in the morning. Fabulous! I'm even converting my mother and sisters over to using coconut oil. It isn't good for a daytime facial moisturizer- you'll look seriously shiny- but your skin will look great the morning after if you use it as a nighttime moisturizer.
