weight loss

i was taking the solid form of this brand of coconut oil for weight loss then i read that the MCT's which gives you natural energy and burns fat. in 2 months I've lost 8 inches and 4 pounds by taking 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in the morning with 2 bottles of water and a bottle of zico coconut water/milk and coconut pineapple organic juice in the morning with a minimum of 10 min of exercise in the morning. the 1st month i lost 3 inches doing only 10 min of excercises then i got on a regimen in addition to stopping eating after 8pm and no i didn't change what i ate and lost the other 5 inches and 4 pounds in the 2nd month.
the cinnamon i believe is a supplement that reduces your appetite because when i took the coconut oil on its own i was still hungry. cinnamon does have man other benefits..........research in any case i think this brand of coconut oil is the best i also use it on my hair and skin as well as internal.....i need to buy stock LOL

Very moisturizing!

I ordered this specific brand because the other people reviewing said it remains in it's liquid form. Well, it does! I use this as a moisturizer (as per the advice of my friend who is a licensed esthetician). Not too greasy, nor too fragrant. Just right for face...can use for hair as well! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because the bottle is a little difficult for me to squeeze with one hand, to put the oil in the other hand. Very satisfied!! BTW, I also own very expensive face creams and lotions...and like this better!

Hard to find liquid coconut oil. This has no coconut taste to speak of. I used it for stir frys and baking and salad dressings! Great stuff!
